Anchor dream meaning

To dream of an anchor, part in the water, the other part on land, and that a male or female stumbles over it, is a sure sign that the male will in time become a sailor, and the female will be married to one. But to dream that the anchor is clean out of the water, she may expect a speedy union with a sailor. If the anchor seems in water the male will go immediately as a sailor or passenger.
